Gardens process

Stage 01: Connect on site

No two gardens are the same, so our process begins in yours. We’ll meet with you in your outdoor space to understand your needs and get a feel for your garden.

Stage 02: Create a plan

Here, we agree on how to keep your garden healthy and welcoming, year-round. We’ll also provide quotes for any one-off work you need such as tree trimming, lawn rejuvenation or a pre-sale tidy-up.

Stage 03: Timing is everything

For regular gardening engagements, we’ll make a schedule based on your needs and budget, as well as the nature of your garden and its trees and other plants.

Stage 04: See you next week!

Or next month, or whatever we agree on. We’re serious about punctuality, so expect us to show up when we say we will, or hear from us well in advance if weather requires a schedule change.

We found Miguel and the team at Feature first class. The workmanship was excellent, they were always pleasant to us and our affected neighbours and kept us regularly updated on progress. We will use them again.
Richard – Parnell project

14 months after completion and there are zero defects. No drainage issues, no fence movement, custom couch build works perfectly. This was a complex job. Harley and the team were awesome to work with, nothing was too difficult for them. If you want a job done properly without shortcuts, use Feature.
