Galbraith’s Beer Garden

PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Galbraith’s Alehouse garden project presented unique implementation challenges, requiring careful site preparation and a tight timeframe in order to meet a summer opening deadline. The project involved transforming an underutilised space into a functional beer garden while addressing multiple elevation changes.

Sit and enjoy a beer and soak it all up.

The planting scheme was a homage to the ‘English Pub’ while retaining a unique kiwi identity. Specific garden preparation requirements and planting of a diverse range of natives and non-natives have created a garden that moves with the seasons.
