What we require
  • 2 years+ experience constructing high end landscape projects
  • A wide range of hardscaping and construction knowledge
  • To have a clean full NZ Driver’s license
  • To be reliable, honest and trustworthy
  • Attention to detail, ensure our ‘quality first’ approach is adhered to
  • The right attitude – we value attitude first, then skill / experience
  • Get along well as part of a team, respect others, be upfront and take personal responsibility for your actions
  • Proficiency in operating tools and equipment
  • Able to operate within our H&S requirements

Key responsibilities
  • Interpreting and implementing landscape plans
  • Coordinate and oversee the installation of landscape elements, ensure all installations meet quality standards, adhere to design specifications, and comply with regulations
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project success and client satisfaction
  • Efficiently allocate resources and materials to maximise productivity and minimise waste
  • Identify and resolve issues or challenges that arise during landscape design, installation, or maintenance
