It depends on the size of the project. Having a dedicated project manager can reduce costs by mitigating risks, ensuring timing and schedules are communicated, managing subcontractors, and avoiding any potential crossover between trades.
Your project manager will provide a projected start date and schedule of works with detail on what is happening when. Once your project is under way, you’ll receive a detailed progress update at the end of every working week.
We require a booking deposit of 10%, which will be deducted from the total cost of your service. Once we receive payment, we can book your project in to our schedule and will confim an approximate start date. We then start the process of planning, scheduling and ordering materials if required, keeping you updated along the way.
